European Rallycross Challenge 2015 - Round 4

As a result of Lomax’s first taste of European competition at Eurocircuit in The Netherlands for round 4 of the Rallycross Challenge Europe. Lomax started well putting in 6th fastest time during a wet practice. Unfortunately a puncture in the first heat damaged the steering. But the team got the car back out where Lomax took 2 second places in the remaining heats the first of which was behind the current European champion.

Lomax and the team finished in 9th place at the end of the event. The event gave the team a lot of data that will prove useful in further development. Some of which and most notabley will be the newly developed engine from Impulse Developments will be in place for the forth coming British Round 7 to be held on August Bank holiday Monday

Craig Lomax, #24:

‘It’s just a shame we had to come with our first phase engine that put us about 20bhp down on the field. That I know will be rectified for Lydden Hill with our new engine coming of production early this week
